A Training Program to empower you to thrive and shine bright like the sun as a practitioner and authentic teacher.

What does this training include:

  • What is Yoga, applying the meaning deeply through our time together in all ways.

  • Creative sequencing and learning to use asanas like medicine for the body, mind, emotions and soul.

  • Pranayama. Many Different Schools of Meditation including, Vipasana, Art of Living, Visualization and more.

  • Anatomy + Physiology

  • Language - learn to own your voice and guide the room with confidence + clarity.

  • What makes us different?

  • Yoga is deeply shamanic, learning to listen to the elements within you and around you. We will tune in - everything is alive.

  • You will learn basic - medium sound healing to take your classes and your experience to the next level. Including song circle and opening of the voice for mantra chanting.

  • You will breathwork to guide a breathwork ceremony!

  • We will offer traditional purification ceremonies to release your mental, emotional, physical body to a new level you never thought was possible.

  • You will learn tools of how to be your own healer through nourishment of food, thoughts and emotional hygiene!

  • We will gather around the sacred fire, drink cacao and have ecstatic dance.
