Part three: Looking at the eight limbs of yoga as a basic general over view

  • Simple Back Bends

  • Spine Length

  • Standing Postures

Part four: Continuing a look at the eight limbs of yoga

  • Forward Bends

  • A glance at basic inversion

  • Shavasana

The Art of Deep Rest + Restoration: Pranayama, Yin and Sound

A time to relax on a more profound level than you may have.

Using yin postures, restorative yoga, props and crystal singing bowls we will keep dropping in to deeper restoration.

Relaxation has many levels and when we learn how to do this well we feel deeply restored.

Your nervous system will thank you.

You will walk away with and understanding of how props can work to support you.

The wall is a mirror for our movement. We use the wall to reflect, support and guide our postures.

You will leave with many aha moments about your alignment how to improve and feel the best in your body.

We will have time in the class for experiencing, watching and clarifying some asanas.
