CURRICULUM

Yoga Technique, Training and Practice / 100 hrs

Asana, Pranayama, Bandha, Kriya, Meditation and Chanting

This is the largest component of the curriculum and will include, sunrise and sunset satsang. We will practice purification techniques for the body, mind and heart, like neti, bandha, mantra and kriya. Our daily asana practice will be a vigorous, creative and alignment based hatha vinyasa flow. We will also practice vipasana meditation daily. We equally learn how to teach and practice the techniques. It is here that we learn how to sequence. Our approach to sequencing is creative, mindful and concise.

We will also explore and experience shamanic rites of passage.
